Key Attributes:
- A strong understanding of audiovisual, mechanical, and electrical systems, including how they integrate and interact within complex environments. Familiarity with relevant regulations, industry protocols, and technical terminology is essential.
- Experience with control systems, lighting, HVAC, BMS, access control, and security systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Word, Excel, and the Microsoft 365 suite.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- High attention to detail, especially in the preparation and maintenance of technical and project documentation.
