FPGA Design Contract - Space Manufacturing
My client is working in partnership with one of the world’s leading space manufacturing organisations and is looking for an experienced FPGA Engineer to join a short-term contract on a high-impact space project.
Key Responsibilities- Perform FPGA design for space-flight systems
- Develop and maintain verification testbenches
- Conduct code review and sign-off activities
- Support final readiness activities in a high-reliability / space environment
- Collaborate closely with the existing engineering team and key stakeholders
- Strong experience as an FPGA engineer using VHDL/Verilog
- Experience working with high-reliability, space, defence, or safety-critical systems
- Ability to quickly understand and adapt existing FPGA designs
- Experience with Microchip RTAX (radiation-tolerant, OTP) FPGAs is a big bonus
