Working within a collaborative engineering team, you will play a key role in leading day to day activities, product improvement, customisation projects, and technical support activities across a varied product portfolio. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead product enhancement and customisation projects from concept through to release
- Provide day to day leadership of the design team
- Manage engineering changes, technical documentation, and drawing updates
- Produce 2D and 3D CAD models
- Support manufacturing, quality, purchasing, and production teams with technical queries
- Carry out prototype development, testing, and validation activities
