We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Installation Technician to join our growing team specialising in the installation and maintenance of tiered and fixed seating systems across the UK. This is a hands-on role working on a wide range of exciting projects including theatres, cinemas, sports venues, schools, lecture theatres, and auditoriums. The successful candidate will work alongside experienced installation teams on both new-build and refurbishment projects.
The Role
As an Installation Technician, you will be responsible for assembling, fitting, and maintaining seating and tiering systems to a high standard while ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently.
Key Duties Include:
- Installing seating and tiering systems from technical drawings and site layouts
- Assembling and fitting structural and seating components
- Measuring and setting out fixing positions accurately
- Using hand and power tools safely and effectively
Key Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in construction, installation, joinery, mechanical fitting, or similar trade work
- Strong practical skills and attention to detail
- Positive attitude with good problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well within a team and independently
- Willingness to travel and stay away when required
Essential Requirements:
- Valid CSCS Card
- SSSTS certification
- Full UK driving licence
