We're looking for a proactive HRBP Operations Analyst to join a collaborative HR team, supporting managers and employees across a dynamic business.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing day‑to‑day HR operations with strategic people initiatives in a fast‑paced environment where you'll have the autonomy to make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day‑to‑day HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on policies, procedures, and employee matters.
  • Support HR Business Partners with talent management, performance reviews, succession planning, and annual people processes.
  • Manage employee relations cases, including performance management, absence management, and other sensitive HR matters.
  • Coordinate core HR activities including training requests, internal transfers, onboarding support, and offboarding processes.
  • Assist with policy reviews, employee engagement initiatives, and continuous improvement of HR processes.

About You

We're looking for someone who is organised, approachable, and enjoys solving problems while building strong relationships across the business.

You’ll ideally have

  • 3‑5 years’ experience in an HR Generalist, HR Advisor, or HR Analyst role.
  • A strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidence working independently while collaborating effectively with stakeholders.
  • A 2:1 Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) from a leading university, with strong academic achievements.
  • AAA minimum at A Level.
