This is a fantastic opportunity for any genuinely passionate graduates / junior engineers with a track record of extra-curricular/personal coding projects to join a high-performance team with a culture of knowledge sharing and collective growth.
The business are well reputed for growing graduates internally, and for providing ultra-low-latency solutions using C++. You will join one of the most advanced engineering teams in the UK with one of the quickest progression paths available. Multiple members across these teams have seen their salary increase to over £100,000 within 24 months of graduating university because of the contributions they have made.
All of your work will be greenfield.
The role:
- Write high-performance C++ code.
- Low-latency networking.
- Work on live projects from day one with a team to support you.
- You will have a dedicated mentor with expertise in software development to coach you into becoming the best engineer you can be.
- There is a culture of hands-off management – you will be given trust and autonomy from the offset with no micromanagement.

Requirements:
- Computer Science or related degree
- Must have a GitHub/extensive examples of personal programming projects (C/C++ preferred)
