Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and service fire alarms, evacuation alert systems, access control, door entry, CCTV, and intruder detection systems
  • Work within high-rise buildings and occupied residential properties
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations relevant to fire and security systems

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in the Fire Safety and Security Systems industry
  • Strong track record in the installation, maintenance, and servicing of fire alarms, evacuation alert systems, access control, door entry, CCTV, and intruder detection systems
  • A valid CSCS or ECS card, demonstrating compliance with industry standards and site safety requirements
  • Confident and experienced working in high-rise buildings and occupied residential properties
  • In-depth understanding of industry standards and regulations, including BS 5839, BS 8629, NSI/SSAIB, and BAFE requirements
