A fast-growing electric mobility technology company is seeking a Senior Test Engineer to lead and scale electric drive-system testing. The role focuses on test strategy, automation, and delivering high-quality validation data to support product development.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and optimise dynamometer and test facilities
- Plan and execute V&V, benchmarking, and lifecycle testing
- Design scalable test systems and develop LabVIEW automation
- Analyse test data and produce performance reports
- Lead root-cause investigations and corrective actions
- Mentor and support junior test engineers
- Ensure standards compliance, safety, and calibration
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams
Skills & Experience
- Degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Embedded, or Electro-Mechanical Engineering
- Experience testing complex electro-mechanical systems
- Strong knowledge of DAQ, instrumentation, and measurement integrity
- Hands-on experience with NI PXI and LabVIEW
