Field Service Engineer | Home-based | £35,000 - £45,000 + company vehicle

Are you a skilled Field Service Engineer seeking your next opportunity? This role involves regular travel across the South West and occasionally overseas, with some time spent away from home to support client needs. As your expertise develops, you may also take on responsibilities for commissioning newly installed systems, which could involve assignments lasting several days or, at times, a couple of weeks.

The Role:

  • Carrying out servicing and maintenance of water treatment equipment, including Reverse Osmosis units, deionisers, filtration systems, water softeners, and effluent treatment plants at customer locations across the UK (with occasional international travel).
  • Building and managing strong working relationships with clients and site personnel.
  • Diagnosing issues and providing effective solutions, both on-site and through remote support.
  • Supporting installation and commissioning of equipment (depending on skills and qualifications).

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Multi-skilled electro-mechanical engineer with appropriate qualifications.
  • Previous experience in the water treatment sector is desirable.
  • Background in service engineering or field-based technical support is advantageous.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
