My client, a global engineering and industrial technology business, is looking for a Sales Manager to drive growth across a designated UK territory. This role will focus on developing key customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering sales growth across a range of industrial products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow relationships with existing and prospective customers
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within the assigned territory
- Deliver product presentations and promote technical solutions to customers
- Manage the preparation of quotations, proposals, and commercial offers
- Negotiate contracts and orders while maintaining profitability targets
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reporting through CRM systems
- Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities for business growth
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer support and project delivery
Requirements
- Proven experience in a technical sales or business development role
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
