My client, a specialist provider of safety and evacuation solutions, is looking for a Service Technician to join their field service team. This role involves carrying out installations, preventative maintenance, and reactive servicing across customer sites while delivering a high standard of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out planned and reactive servicing on customer sites
  • Install and maintain specialist safety equipment
  • Complete digital service reports and documentation accurately
  • Plan and manage service visits using company systems
  • Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams

Requirements
