A well-established technology manufacturing organisation is seeking an experienced HR Administrator to provide professional, confidential, and comprehensive support to the HR function. This is a varied role supporting the full employee lifecycle within a fast-paced, growing business.

The Role

You will work closely with the HR Manager to deliver efficient HR administration across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations support, training coordination, and HR systems management. The role requires strong organisation, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment and onboarding, including interview scheduling, employment checks, and new starter administration
  • Manage leaver processes, exit documentation, and reference requests
  • Maintain and update HR systems, ensuring GDPR compliance and accurate employee records
  • Monitor absence records, return-to-work documentation, and service trackers
  • Coordinate and log training activities and approvals
  • Support formal HR meetings, including note taking
  • Assist with HR policies, appraisals, benefits administration, and employee queries
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR function and wider business

Requirements

  • Previous HR administration experience with a strong understanding of HR processes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
