- Act as senior account owner for institutional customers.
- Lead capture strategy: market positioning, win themes, partner selection, pricing input, and bids.
- Represent the business to agencies, partners, and at industry events.
- Track pipeline, market intelligence, and customer feedback, feeding strategy into sales and engineering.
