Our client is is looking for an experienced and motivated Assembly Team Leader to lead their assembly operations and drive operational excellence.
This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive leader with a passion for Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement and developing high-performing teams.
We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys leading people to achieve outstanding results.
\n +Lead daily production activities to ensure customer orders are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.
\n +Conduct daily team briefings covering production targets, Health & Safety, and 5S activities.
\n +Ensure all products are manufactured in accordance with approved procedures and quality standards.
\n +Drive improvements in Right First Time (RFT) performance and reduce defects, rework and scrap.
\n +Lead, coach and develop a team to achieve high levels of engagement and performance.
\n +Minimum 5 years' experience within a Lean Manufacturing environment.
\n +Previous experience leading production or assembly teams.
\n +Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools - 5S, TPM, Kaizen, 8 Wastes
\n +Experience using IFS or another MRP/ERP manufacturing system.
