My client is a global space technology company delivering satellite systems, space and communication technologies for Earth observation and space exploration missions, and are looking for a Senior Physical Design Engineer working on advanced Satellite SoCs from design through to production.
Responsibilities:
- Physical implementation of complex SoCs, VLSI devices, and test chips
- Floorplanning, place & route, and clock tree synthesis
- Timing closures, power planning and power analysis
- Work alongside RTL teams
- Integrate custom designs and 3rd party IP (CPU, DSP, IO, etc.)
Requirements:
- Strong experience in ASIC / Physical Design
- Experience with full ASIC flow
- Experience with deep sub-micron technologies
- Experience with Cadence or Synopsys EDA tools
