An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to join a leading product development consultancy delivering innovative solutions across the healthcare, consumer, and industrial sectors. Working on a diverse range of technically challenging projects, you will take ownership of product development programmes from concept generation through to manufacture, combining hands-on engineering expertise with project leadership and client management responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead product development projects from concept through to manufacture
- Manage client relationships and provide technical guidance throughout projects
- Develop innovative mechanical design solutions for complex engineering challenges
- Create 3D CAD models, engineering drawings, and manufacturing documentation
- Carry out engineering analysis, testing, and design validation activities
- Manage project delivery to agreed timescales, budgets, and quality standards
Key Skills & Experience:
- Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
