My client is a leading organisation in the space sector, known for delivering cutting-edge mission technology and supporting high-profile international space programmes. As they continue to expand their UK engineering presence, they are seeking a Business Development Manager to join their team.

Reporting to the Head of Business Development & Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow our institutional business. This includes:

  • Building strong relationships with government agencies
  • Managing a pipeline of opportunities
  • Leading capture activities from early engagement through to contract award

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities with UK and European institutional customers
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with government agencies and industry partners
  • Developing and managing a robust pipeline aligned with growth objectives
  • Leading capture activities, including win strategies and pursuit planning
  • Supporting and contributing to high-quality bids and proposals

Qualifications:
