The company designs and manufactures high-quality, technically complex electro-mechanical products, with a strong focus on quality, reliability and continuous improvement.

You will work closely with R&D, Production and Operations, helping improve manufacturing processes, develop test solutions and ensure products can be built and tested efficiently and consistently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build and maintain production test fixtures
- Support functional testing of electro-mechanical products
- Install and commission test equipment at external manufacturing partners
- Develop build sequences, tooling and production aids
- Support NPI and design reviews
- Produce test, assembly and manufacturing documentation
- Work closely with R&D, Production and Operations
Skills & Experience Required:
- HNC/HND/BEng in Electronics, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Experience in production, test or electronics engineering
- Knowledge of analogue and digital electronics
- Ability to read circuit schematics
- Hands-on electronics assembly and prototyping skills
- Test fixture or production equipment experience
- Basic CAD skills advantageous
