Are you a natural leader with a strong background in precision engineering, dimensional metrology, and inspection lab management? I'm looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a talented team of engineers and technicians, using cutting-edge measurement technologies to support product development across next-gen ICE and fuel injection systems.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Leading and mentoring a multidisciplinary inspection team
  • Managing inspection activities dimensional, 3D optical, surface finish, and visual inspection
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to validate new and existing components
  • Ensuring inspection facilities, equipment and reports meet the highest quality standards
  • Driving continuous improvement, innovation, and safety across all operations

What You'll Bring:

  • Solid understanding of GD&T, metrology principles, and complex engineering drawings
  • Experience with visual/3D metrology equipment and surface finish analysis
  • Programming skills (Python, Matlab, VBA) for measurement automation are a big plus
  • Confident communicator with experience in customer-facing and cross-functional roles
