Are you a natural leader with a strong background inprecision engineering,dimensional metrology, andinspection lab management?

I'm looking for aEngineering Managerto lead a talented team of engineers and technicians, using cutting-edge measurement technologies to support product development across next-gen ICE and fuel injection systems.

What Youll Be Doing:

+ Leading and mentoring a multidisciplinary inspection team

+ Managing inspection activities dimensional, 3D optical, surface finish, and visual inspection

+ Collaborating with cross-functional teams to validate new and existing components

+ Ensuring inspection facilities, equipment and reports meet the highest quality standards

+ Driving continuous improvement, innovation, and safety across all operations

What Youll Bring:

+ Solid understanding of GD&T, metrology principles, and complex engineering drawings

+ Experience with visual/3D metrology equipment and surface finish analysis

+ Programming skills (Python, Matlab, VBA) for measurement automation are a big plus

+ Confident communicator with experience in customer-facing and cross-functional roles

+ Analytical, detail-oriented, and driven by data, safety, and process excellence
