Role Overview
The Sales Agent role is a full-time, on-site position based in Oxted.
In this role, the Sales Agent will provide fantastic service, handling inquiries, conducting viewings, and guiding buyers and sellers throughout the sales process.
The Sales Agent will build and maintain relationships with clients, provide accurate market guidance, and ensure exceptional customer service at every stage.
The role also involves maintaining detailed records in internal systems, working closely with colleagues, and contributing to a positive, collaborative team environment.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with clients and colleagues.
- Proven customer service experience, with a focus on building trust and delivering consistent support.
- Demonstrated sales skills, ideally within property or a related sector, with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Good organizational and time‑management abilities, with attention to detail in documentation and follow-up.
- Ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Knowledge of Oxted and the surrounding areas.
