Platform Media is a multi-label media group delivering premium podcasts, digital content, and branded content across sports, entertainment, comedy, fiction, and factual genres. We deliver award-winning campaigns and shows for the world’s biggest brands, broadcasters, and rights holders. Our culture is driven by the people we hire, and we focus on delivering exceptional results that foster long-term partnerships.

In 2025, Platform Media consolidated its market-leading position through a series of strategic mergers and acquisitions that accelerated its investments in original IP. The supergroup now houses several of the world’s leading digital content labels, including Listen for chart-topping TV and entertainment hits, Goldhawk for addictive fiction and factual storytelling, and Folding Pocket for unmissable sports conversations. We operate a London-based studio and distribute content through all major podcasting platforms as well as YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.

About The Role

We’re looking for a commercially minded, relationship-driven, social media expert to take The Platform Amplification Network to the next level. This is a one-of-a-kind community of publishers, creators, and social media partners that amplifies content, drives engagement, and delivers measurable impact. Already a key strategic pillar of Platform Media, the network is thriving, and this role gives you the opportunity to shape its future, define its strategic direction, and lead its growth at scale.

You’ll nurture partnerships, drive revenue through brand collaborations, and support the marketing team on Platform Media’s original shows, working closely with the Head of Media and Chief Media Officer to showcase the network’s value, expand its reach, and cement its reputation as a benchmark for innovation, influence, and commercial success in the podcast and content amplification space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the growth of the network, building on its strong foundation and driving its influence across the podcast and social media ecosystem.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with publishers, creators, and partners to encourage collaboration and long-term loyalty.
  • Support global markets with local market rollout plans.
  • Organise events, meet-ups, and knowledge-sharing sessions to bring the community together.
  • Create and manage partnerships that deliver clear value for both Platform Media and its partners.
  • Grow revenue through long-term brand collaborations, retainers, and joint campaigns.
  • Lead pitches to brands, agencies, and commissioners, highlighting the network's reach, engagement, and impact.
  • Oversee campaigns with partners, ensuring they meet both partner and business goals.
  • Guide the selection and scheduling of content that goes live across network pages.
  • Capture and share campaign results and insights, highlighting both commercial and community impact.
  • Track and measure performance, turning data into actionable insights and learnings.
  • Keep up to date with the publisher, influencer, and social media landscape to ensure the network stays relevant and competitive.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure network growth aligns with overall business goals.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in partnerships, influencer marketing, publisher networks, or community-led media environments.
  • A natural relationship-builder, confident in creating and nurturing meaningful, long-term partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of the social media, publisher, and influencer ecosystem.
  • Track record of planning and delivering partnership or influencer-led campaigns.
  • Comfortable shaping the strategic direction of a high-performing network.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and adept at managing multiple priorities.
  • Skilled at translating performance data into compelling stories, insights, and case studies.
  • Collaborative, energetic, and motivated by taking something already successful to the next level in a fast-paced creative business.

What’s On Offer:

  • 26 days annual leave
  • Hybrid working with flexible hours

If you’re passionate about media innovation and ready to contribute to a fast-growing company at the front line of premium content and storytelling, we’d love to hear from you. Apply today and become a key player in our global expansion and creative success!
