Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Production Coordinator to join our fast-paced Production Management team. Working across a wide variety of branded content, podcasts, and social projects for major clients such as the BBC, Amazon and Audible, you\'ll play a key role in coordinating shoot logistics, booking crew and equipment, managing production paperwork, and supporting on-location and studio-based filming. With proven experience in a similar role, you\'ll bring excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a genuine passion for video and podcast production.
Shoot logistics & production paperwork
- Booking crew, kit, travel, accommodation and couriers for location shoots
- Assisting on shoots (location and studio)
- Book (and coordinate with) locations for shoot days
- Work with the Studio Manager to facilitate podcast recordings in our studio
- Sourcing and purchasing props and wardrobe items
- Write call sheets and risk assessments
- Manage and file release forms, permissions and permits
- Assist on post-production paperwork
- Rights clearances where needed
- Coordinate visas and carnets for overseas shoots
Financial support
- Administration of shoot budgets and department costs by raising PO\'s, inputting expenditure data and tracking payments
- Ensure that budgets are kept up to date and files are organised
- Support Senior Production Managers and Production Executives with budget management where necessary
Team support
- Assist Production Executive with team scheduling
- Contribute to and take notes in shoot meetings to ensure details are comprehensive. Follow up on actions as needed
- Collaborate with wider production teams to ensure smooth shoot operations
- Provide general organisational support to Production Management team and Producers

- Experience: Proven experience in a Production Coordinator or Secretary role
