About The Role

The Senior Integrated Producer is a senior operational and strategic leader within the branded arm of the production team, responsible for delivering high-value, multi-platform branded content campaigns from pitch through to final delivery across a range of channels and formats (e.g. digital, streaming, social). You will act as the primary point of contact for all production matters within the branded content division. You will work closely with Commercial, Editorial, Media, Account Management and Finance teams while maintaining relationships with clients, brand partners and rights holders to ensure briefs are responded to strategically and efficiently, budgets are accurately scoped, and projects are appropriately resourced from the outset. You will oversee projects end-to-end — from concept development and pitch support through to production, post-production and final delivery — ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget and to the highest creative and operational standards. Alongside this, you will manage and prioritise the overall branded workload from a production point of view, coordinating a team of Integrated Producers to ensure all commercial briefs are effectively scoped, budgeted and resourced. You will line manage two Integrated Producers, supporting their development and day-to-day output, while maintaining visibility across the full branded slate and proactively addressing resourcing needs and production challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Branded Production Leadership & Cross-Department Collaboration: Act as the main production point of contact across branded content projects. Liaise closely with Commercial, Editorial, Account Management and Finance teams to ensure briefs are clearly defined, strategically assessed and effectively responded to (including detailed costings and budget creation). Lead production input during pitch and concept stages, ensuring feasibility, budget alignment and resource planning from the outset. Oversee the full production lifecycle from concept creation through post-production and final delivery. Ensure all projects are appropriately staffed and resourced based on scope, scale and complexity. Maintain clear communication across departments to ensure alignment on timelines, deliverables and commercial expectations. Regularly report to the HOP and deliver detailed reports and updates when needed on project status and cost tracking/management to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Project Management & Strategic Support: Oversee production processes, translating ideas into detailed production plans and working with other departments and external partners to bring these to life, ensuring timely and efficient execution across both UK and international shoots. Working closely with creatives, producers, account management and other relevant departments to drive the production process; including but not limited to support on project kick-off meetings, talent contracting, production logistics and cost management. Ensure production schedules and workflows align with strategic goals and changing business needs. Deliver detailed reports and updates when needed to senior leadership and stakeholders. Provide innovative solutions to production management problems and improve delivery standards and efficiency with ways of working. Identify risks early and problem-solve in real-time to ensure seamless delivery. Oversee logistics, including travel, accommodation, visas, permits, props, kit hire, and fixers (both in the UK and abroad).
  • Budgeting, Cost Control & Resource Management: Own budget scoping and creation, timeline creation, and resource planning for each project you work on - working with the commercial team to balance quality with commercial viability. Manage and track costs, supplier invoices, and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within financial targets. Oversee resource management and scheduling for branded projects to optimise production efficiency. Ensure adherence to company systems and standards at all times.
  • Strategic Project Leadership: Provide production input during pitch development, including budget modelling, risk assessment and timeline planning. Proactively identify risks, propose solutions and make senior-level decisions under pressure. Present production plans, budgets and delivery updates confidently to senior stakeholders and clients. Book and manage freelance support, including drafting freelancer agreements and overseeing contracts. Bring to the role your own pool of production contacts and freelancers who can be pulled in to support on projects.
  • Compliance & Process Improvement: Oversee compliance with production protocols, insurance requirements, health & safety standards and international regulations. Implement scalable systems for documentation, approvals and risk mitigation. Ensure all production documentation (call sheets, RAMS, releases, contracts) meets company and wider industry standards.
