We operate a London-based studio and distribute content through all major podcasting platforms as well as YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.

About The Role
We\’re seeking a hands-on, operational, growth-minded Finance Director to join our rapidly scaling podcast and media agency.
As a member of the executive team, the Finance Director will provide financial leadership during a period of significant expansion, helping steer the company through increasing revenue streams, evolving business lines, and complex operational needs.
Success in the role will be defined by day-to-day grip on cash-flow, forecasting accuracy, margin management, decision support, business modelling and running a tight and trusted finance function.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Strategy and Management
Lead the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes, ensuring alignment with the UK division\’s growth objectives.
Maintain robust financial controls, compliance and governance, adhering to relevant regulations and the Group\’s global policies.
Drive profitability by identifying cost-saving opportunities and optimising resource allocation.
Partner with the CEO on strategic financial initiatives, including capital management and investment strategies.
Financial Planning, Analysis & Performance Management
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning
Establish KPIs and performance tracking for the finance team
Lead scenario modelling and risk-adjusted forecasting
M&A Support
Work alongside the Group on financial due diligence for potential acquisitions.
Financial Control, Governance & Risk
Ensure integrity of financial reporting and accounting standards
Maintain compliance with regulatory, tax and statutory requirements
Lead enterprise risk management and internal controls
Team Leadership and Development
Build and mentor high-performing finance and operations teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and innovation.
Act as a strategic partner to divisional leaders, providing operational and financial insights to drive decision-making.
Stakeholder Engagement
Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team to shape and execute the global strategy from a financial point of view.
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including partners, regulators and advisors, to support the business\’s growth and compliance objectives.
Qualifications and Experience
Proven experience in a Finance Director or senior-level finance leadership role, ideally within the media, entertainment, or technology sectors.
Strong track record of overseeing the financial function in high-growth businesses.
Expertise in M&A, including due diligence, integration planning, and cross-border operations.
Deep understanding of UK financial regulations, compliance, and governance, with exposure to US financial practices a plus.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
Experience building and leading high-performing teams across finance.
Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent are strongly preferred.
