Platform Property Care has a great opportunity for an experienced Labourer to join our multi-skilled trades team to help us deliver high quality repairs, maintenance and refurbishment services covering Kidderminster, Droitwich, Redditch and the surrounding area.

We want somebody who can:

  • A team player, hard working and keen to learn with a can-do attitude.
  • Be friendly and approachable with good communication and customer service skills.
  • Be organised and recognise the importance of delivering work right first time.
  • Have a passion for detail and the ability to work on your own initiative.

We want somebody who has:

  • Experience in Social Housing maintenance.
  • Understanding and experience of providing property maintenance and repairs to an excellent standard.
  • Multi Trades skills – a basic knowledge of external trades including roofing, slabbing, pointing and fencing would be advantageous.
  • Sound labouring experience in the building industry.
  • Experience of working in customers' homes.
  • Team skills but can work independently at times too.
  • Full current valid driving licence essential as this is a mobile role.
  • A DBS check is needed as you will be working in customers' homes.
