Have you got the right tools for the job? Platform Property Care have a great opportunity for a Multi Skill Trades Groundsworker to help us maintain and improve our customers' homes in Leicester and the surrounding area.
As part of our talented team, you will have the skills to install and repair drainage, lay slabbing and brickwork, and install and repair fencing. On top of this, we need you to be friendly, approachable, and focused on getting it right first time for our customers. You will have a passion for detail and the ability to work on your own initiative.

We want somebody who has:
- Experience in Social Housing maintenance
- Understanding of providing service and delivering responsive repairs
- Multi Trades skills
- Maintenance refurbishment experience
- Good all-round external groundswork and building skills
- Team skills but can work independently at times
- A full UK driving licence
As you will be working in customer's homes you will need a Basic DBS check. This role is for a team that covers Leicester and Northwest Leicestershire so you will need to live here.
