Have you got the right tools for the job? Are you a Multi Skill Trades Plumber based in Hereford and Leominster? Platform Property Care have an opportunity for a Multi Skill Trades Plumber to join our talented repairs and maintenance team and help us maintain and improve our homes, ensuring our customer's homes are maintained and repaired to a great standard.

You will be a Multi Skill Trades Plumber and plumbing will be your focus, but some experience in other trades would be desirable. The role is varied. No two days will be the same and you will meet a wide range of customers along the way. It's a tough task and our expectations are high. In return, you'll have the support of a great team.

We want somebody who can:

We want someone who has:

  • NVQ L2 Plumbing
  • Experience of working as a plumber in the building trade
  • Experience of working for a Social Landlord, housing association or council
  • Experience of delivering multi-trade work
  • Good organisational skills
  • Experience of keeping jobs on track
  • The drive to ensure works are completed quickly and efficiently
  • Full driving Licence

As you will be working within Customer's homes this role requires a DBS check. There is also the opportunity to earn additional from being on the out of hours rota as required. This role is for a team based in Hereford and Leominster so you will need to live here.
