We're recruiting an Investment Planning Analyst to join our growing Home Investment team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward‑thinking landlord committed to quality, safety, sustainability and excellent customer service. This role is central to how we plan and invest in our housing portfolio.
You'll analyse stock condition data, EPC information, and component lifecycles to identify where investment is needed. You'll maintain a three‑to‑five‑year pipeline of schemes and support the development of our annual capital programme. Working closely with colleagues across Asset Management, Property Care, Sustainability, Procurement, Housing and Delivery teams to ensure that our plans are well‑coordinated, compliant, and aligned with customer needs.
What you’ll be doing:
- Analysing data to identify and prioritise properties and components for planned investment
- Maintaining a detailed knowledge base of your Locality’s homes
- Supporting the development of a Locality‑based Asset Investment Programme
- Integrating EPC‑C and retrofit needs into a single, holistic investment plan
- Tracking compliance with safety, quality and energy‑efficiency standards
- Triage incoming investment requests and assess planning pathways
- Building strong working relationships with operational teams and residents
- Contributing to procurement planning by flagging future contract requirements
- Maintaining accurate programme data and documentation
About you:
- Analytical and comfortable working with property data

Experience and qualifications:
Essential:
- Experience in asset planning, property management, housing, data analysis or a related field
- Ability to interpret stock condition data and understand property lifecycles
- Strong IT skills, particularly Excel and database systems
- Experience working with internal stakeholders or customers
Desirable:
- Experience with GIS, Open Housing or asset management systems
- Knowledge of Decent Homes, energy efficiency, compliance and planned maintenance
- Project management experience (Agile, PRINCE2 or similar)
