We are looking for an experienced finance professional to join our Treasury Team on a fixed term contract until 31 March 2027. As the Finance Officer Treasury you will assist the Treasury Team by completing bank transactions, processing journals, and completing bank reconciliations for the Group, including investigation and follow‑up of unreconciled items with colleagues. The role is home‑based with occasional travel to our Group offices in Solihull and Worcester.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a finance department, recording, coding and processing direct income and expenditure and handling/banking cash.
  • Qualified to AAT Level 3 or equivalent.
  • Previous experience coaching and developing team members.
  • Up‑to‑date knowledge of accounting techniques, financial regulations and legislative changes.
  • Confident using financial software while adhering to financial policies and procedures.
  • Strong communication skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Team player with commitment to quality, customer service, best practice, and value for money.
  • Able to follow procedures and use own initiative.

Travel: being home‑based, the role requires occasional travel to Group offices.
