The successful candidate will have the chance to develop skills and work across all areas of Empty Property management, including tenancy terminations, void management, and the marketing and advertisement of our properties.
What could you be doing?

This is a home-based role; however, there is a requirement to travel into the office at least once a month for team meetings and training. Our offices are in Worcester and Solihull, so candidates will ideally have the ability to be able to commute to offices as required.

- As this is a fast-paced environment, where no two days are the same, you will have excellent organisational skills and be able to adapt to changing priorities.
- The ability to be able to work effectively in a team environment, whilst working from home is paramount.
- Basic DBS check is required for this role.
