12-month FTC, Part Time 21 hours per week £36,374 - £40,415 depending on experience. Home based with occasional travel to Worcester/Solihull offices for meetings as required.

Are you an experienced communications professional with a passion for providing excellent customer service? At Platform Housing Group, we're focused on what matters most: safe homes, reliable services and strong communities. We're looking for a Communications Business Partner to join us on a 12-month fixed-term contract to help deliver clear, customer-focused and locally relevant communications that support service delivery, strengthen trust and improve the experience of our customers.

This is a varied and rewarding role, working across customer communications, operational communications, campaigns and engagement activity. You'll help ensure our communications are clear, accessible and focused on what matters most to the people we're communicating with.

You'll be someone who enjoys variety, is confident working across different communication disciplines and is motivated by making a positive difference to customers and communities. This role is home-based, but you'll regularly spend time with colleagues across the business. Travel to our Birmingham and Worcester offices will be required, along with occasional travel to other locations as needed.
