Calling all Roofers in Worcestershire! We are looking for experienced and multi-skilled Roofers to join our successful Responsive Repairs team covering Worcestershire.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the maintenance and repair of our properties, you will complete patch repair work and refurbishments.
- You will be able to install and replace roofs, and be competent to deliver:
- Tile and slate
- Felting roofs
- Flat roofs
- Ridge and hip tiles
- Chimneys
- Flashing
- Pointing
- Rainwater gutters and down pipes

Qualifications & Experience
- Significant roofing experience
- Time served or a roofing qualification will be a benefit
- Self-motivated
- Willing to learn new skills
- Ability to work alone and as part of a team
- Experience of working for a social landlord, housing association or council
- Strong customer service skills
- Full current valid driving licence (mobile role)
- DBS check required
There is also the opportunity to earn additional pay from being on the out-of-hours rota as required. This role is for a team based in Worcestershire; you must live here. This role is mobile, so it is essential you have a current valid driving licence. Unfortunately, we cannot progress applications from applicants who do not hold this.
