Platform Property Care has a great opportunity for an experienced Labourer to join our multi‑skilled trades team to help us deliver high quality repairs, maintenance and refurbishment services covering Kidderminster, Droitwich, Redditch and the surrounding area.

We want somebody who can:

  • A team player, hardworking and keen to learn with a can‑do attitude.
  • Be friendly and approachable with good communication and customer service skills.
  • Be organised and recognise the importance of delivering work right the first time.
  • Have a passion for detail and the ability to work on your own initiative.

We want somebody who has:

  • Experience in Social Housing maintenance.
  • Understanding and experience of providing property maintenance and repairs to an excellent standard.
  • Multi‑Trades skills – a basic knowledge of external trades including roofing, slabbing, pointing and fencing would be advantageous.
  • Sound labouring experience in the building industry.
  • Experience of working in customers' homes.
  • Team skills but can work independently at times too.
  • Full current valid driving licence essential as this is a mobile role.
  • A DBS check is needed as you will be working in customers' homes.
