Platform Housing Group is seeking an experienced Housing Operations Manager in Worcester. You will lead a team of Neighbourhood Officers and Localities Operations Coordinators to deliver high-quality tenancy and neighbourhood management services across the Localities Portfolio.
You will be responsible for day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance, safety and customer satisfaction, while collaborating with internal teams and external partners to support sustainable communities and service.
