What you'll be doing

You'll help ensure our customers receive a smooth and efficient service while gaining hands‑on experience in coordinating our multi‑skilled trades workforce across the Midlands. You'll build strong communication and organisational skills, learn how to manage competing priorities in a busy environment, and gain confidence working with both customers and colleagues. You'll also have the support of a mentor throughout your apprenticeship to help guide your development. No previous experience is needed — just enthusiasm, a customer‑focused mindset, and a willingness to learn in a dynamic team.

Your training

You will study the Business Administration Apprenticeship standard at Level 3 by attending Worcester Group Training Association or similar provider one day a week while gaining hands‑on experience for the rest of the week. Once you successfully complete your apprenticeship, you will be able to apply for permanent roles within Platform Housing Group.
