Platform Housing Group is recruiting a Neighbourhood Officer to join our Localities team across South Warwickshire. You will work out in the community, visiting customers, promoting sustainable tenancies and building strong relationships with local partners.
You will inspect estates, address tenancy issues including ASB and safeguarding, and maintain accurate records. A hands-on, customer-focused approach and driving licence are essential as travel around the patch is required.
