Platform Housing Group is looking for a Neighbourhood Officer to join our Localities team in Tamworth, delivering a proactive housing management service and building strong community links.

You will visit customers, advise on tenancies, inspect estates, address tenancy issues (ASB, safeguarding, property conditions) and keep accurate records, while collaborating with partners.

Travel is required and a basic DBS check will be carried out.
