Platform Property Care is looking for a Multi‑Skill Trades Plumber based in Skegness to join our repairs and maintenance team. This role focuses on plumbing but also values experience in other trades.
Key Responsibilities
- You will carry out plumbing work in customer homes, delivering high‑quality repairs while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
- Each day will bring new challenges and a variety of customers.
What We Are Looking For

Qualifications
- NVQ L2 Plumbing
- Experience as a plumber in the building trade
- Experience working for a social landlord, housing association or council
- Experience delivering multi‑trade work
- Good organisational skills
- Experience keeping jobs on track
- Drive to ensure works are completed quickly and efficiently
- Full driving licence
- DBS check required for customers’ homes

- Basic salary of £33,742 per annum
