Platform Housing Group is seeking a Pre-Construction Manager to lead pre-construction activities across its development pipeline in the UK. You will ensure schemes are technically robust, commercially viable and aligned with Platform standards and Homes England requirements.
You will act as the technical and assurance lead, coordinating internal teams and external contractors to secure planning, buildability, design delivery and programme readiness prior to Start on Site.
