Join Our Team as a Repairs Surveyor!

We’re excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Repairs Surveyor to join our Complex Works team on a permanent basis.

In this role, you will be responsible for collecting information related to Platform\’s assets through repairs, damp, mould & condensation surveys (DCM).

You will survey Platform assets, gather crucial data to update our databases, support business planning, and shape future work programmes. You’ll update damp and mould registers and manage asset data, working with the team to improve efficiency, standards, and performance.

Customer communication is central; you’ll keep customers informed throughout. You’ll also use systems to raise work orders and process contractor payments.

This role covers properties around Leicestershire, so living in this area is essential.

Requirements:

• Experience in damp and mould surveys, complex works, compliance, and construction-related surveys.
• Good technical ability and the capacity to advise on construction, maintenance, and repair issues.
• Understanding of construction to deliver property-related activities.
• Willingness to undertake training for role-specific tasks.
• Ability to travel to Group offices at Birmingham Business Park and Central Park, Worcester, and other locations as needed.
