Are you a successful Project Manager who would love to use your skills to really make a difference and help deliver a transformational initiative?

We are looking for a Project Manager for an 18‐month fixed term to join our fabulous PMO team here at Platform Housing Group, the largest social housing association in the Midlands. We build homes, strong communities, and make a real and positive difference to the lives of our customers.

In this role, you will be joining our Enterprise PMO team to manage the Strategic Procurement Project in our Assets Transformation Programme. The position involves a multi‐workstream project working with internal and external stakeholders and colleagues from across the business. The project will procure and implement new contracts for our newly formed property directorate, and you will be working closely with our commercial and procurement teams ensuring that timelines and resources are managed effectively.

Responsibilities

  • You will be accountable for all aspects of project management including:
  • Project resources (including partners/subcontractors)
  • Project planning, scheduling, risk management, and scope management
  • Internal and external communications, status reporting, and resource management

Qualifications

  • Project management experience is essential
  • The ability to manage multiple timelines and organise concurrent activities to achieve milestones
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including collaboration and negotiation and the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders
  • Previous experience of working in procurement / housing / asset management or contract management would be advantageous but not essential
