Join our team as a PMO Coordinator!

We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented PMO Coordinator to join our dynamic team on a permanent basis.

In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with the EPMO Manager to document procedures, guidance, and templates for best practice project and programme management. You will play a key role in establishing and embedding excellent project management practices, with opportunities to support large transformation initiatives or projects.

This position offers a fantastic opportunity to work across various teams, expand your network, and gain insights into exciting new projects and programmes. Your contributions will support our mission to invest in people and places for a sustainable future.

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Experience in a PMO coordination or project support role, with knowledge of all project lifecycle stages.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in change management, release planning, and coordinating release activities.
  • Skills in creating templates, policies, procedures, and processes.
  • Experience in consolidating data into high-level reports and preparing reports and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, organizational skills, and adaptability. A passion for technology and the ability to inspire others are also essential.

This role is primarily home-based, but you will need to travel to our offices in Birmingham Business Park, Solihull, and Central Park, Worcester, approximately once a month.
