Join our team as a PMO Coordinator!
We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented PMO Coordinator to join our dynamic team on a permanent basis.
In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with the EPMO Manager to document procedures, guidance, and templates for best practice project and programme management. You will play a key role in establishing and embedding excellent project management practices, with opportunities to support large transformation initiatives or projects.

We are looking for candidates with:
- Experience in a PMO coordination or project support role, with knowledge of all project lifecycle stages.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in change management, release planning, and coordinating release activities.
- Skills in creating templates, policies, procedures, and processes.
- Experience in consolidating data into high-level reports and preparing reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, organizational skills, and adaptability. A passion for technology and the ability to inspire others are also essential.
This role is primarily home-based, but you will need to travel to our offices in Birmingham Business Park, Solihull, and Central Park, Worcester, approximately once a month.
