The role is part-time (22 hours per week) across two schemes, Barratt Court in Skegness and Elizabeth Court in Louth, with occasional travel to nearby offices.
You will deliver a comprehensive facilities service, maintain building compliance and safety checks, and act as the on-site link to asset management teams.
