Have you got the right tools for the job?
Platform Property Care has a great opportunity for a Multi-Skill Trades Groundsworker to help us maintain and improve our customers’ homes in Herefordshire.
As part of our talented team, you will have skills in laying and brickwork, and installing and repairing fencing. If you have some experience with drainage too, then you should get in touch!
We need you to be friendly, approachable, and focused on getting it right first time for our customers. You will have a passion for detail and the ability to work on your own initiative.
We want somebody who has:
- Experience in Social Housing maintenance
- Understanding of providing service and delivering responsive repairs
- Maintenance refurbishment experience
- Good all-round external groundswork and building skills
- Team skills but can work independently at times
- A full UK driving licence
- As you will be working in customers’ homes, you will need a Basic DBS check.
This role is for a team that covers Herefordshire, so you will need to live here.
