Platform Property Care is seeking an experienced Multi‑Skill Trades Plumber based in Market Harborough to join our Responsive Repairs and Maintenance team. The role focuses on plumbing, with essential skills in other trades for delivering multi‑trade refurbishment in a Voids or Responsive Repairs environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform plumbing tasks to meet customer and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate and supervise work when required, keeping jobs on track.
- Provide friendly, professional communication and customer service.
- Ensure work is completed correctly on the first visit.
- Adhere to health & safety, including completing a DBS check.
Qualifications & Experience
- NVQ Level 2 Plumbing (essential).
- Experience as a plumber or multi‑skill tradesperson in the building trade.
- Experience delivering multi‑trade repairs for a social landlord, housing association or council.
- Desirable: skills or qualifications in carpentry, plaster patching, decorating, or wall tiling.
- Good organisational and time‑management skills.
- Proficient IT skills, including the use of a PDA, Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Full, current valid driving licence (mobile role).
- DBS check required.
