Platform Property Care has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Multi Skilled Operative/ Plasterer to join our Repairs and Maintenance team to help us repair and maintain our homes in Market Harborough and the surrounding areas. You will be a Multi Skill Trades Operative who has experience in plastering, bricklaying, wet trades, and general building repairs.
What could you be doing? Working in our Repairs and Maintenance team you will be ensuring our customer's homes are maintained and repaired to a great standard. You'll be supporting the team with all wet trades associated repairs. You will thrive on giving great customer service, keeping jobs on track and possess the drive to make sure the work is completed to spec, and right first time. The roles are varied, and no two days are the same! It's a tough task and our expectations are high. In return you'll have the support of a great team!

Some things we need from you:
- Experience of delivering Multi Trade work.
- Qualified to at least NVQ L2 in a relevant trade.
- Experienced in delivering multi-trade work, with skills in bricklaying, plastering and general building construction.
- Able to work alone, and as part of a team.
- Good organisational skills and experience of keeping jobs on track.
- The personal drive to ensure works are completed quickly, efficiently and delivered right first time.
- A full driving licence and a van and fuel card are provided.
- DBS check required as you will be working in customers' homes.
There is also the opportunity to earn additional from being on the out of hours rota as required. This role is for a team covering homes in Market Harborough so you need to live here.
