Platform Property Care is seeking an experienced Multi‑Skill Trades Plumber based in Bromyard, Ledbury or Malvern to join our repairs and maintenance team. The role focuses on plumbing but also values experience in other trades. You will work in customers’ homes, delivering high‑quality, right‑first‑time solutions while supporting a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

  • Perform plumbing tasks and other maintenance duties across a variety of projects.
  • Communicate with customers in a friendly, professional manner.
  • Organise and manage work to ensure deadlines are met and quality standards are upheld.
  • Adapt to varied work demands and maintain a positive can‑do attitude.

Qualifications

  • NVQ Level 2 Plumbing, or equivalent.
  • Experience as a plumber or multi‑skill tradesperson in the building trade.
  • Experience working for a social landlord, housing association or local council.
  • Basic skills in carpentry, plaster patching and wall tiling are desirable.
  • Proven record of delivering multi‑trade work and keeping jobs on track.
  • Good organisational and time‑management skills.
  • Full driving licence and current DBS check (required for working in customers’ homes).
