Platform Housing Group in Louth is seeking a Localities Operations Coordinator to join our East Lindsey and Boston Borough teams. You will be a key contact for residents and Neighbourhood Officers, handling case management across anti-social behaviour, estate management and tenancy breaches.
You will maintain cases in the Housing Management System, update stakeholders, and support action plans, vulnerability risk assessments and safeguarding where appropriate.
