Platform Property Care has an opportunity for an experienced Heating Installation Engineer who can deliver installation of heating systems, and complex heating and hot water system repairs based in Lincolnshire. The role is varied, and no two days are the same! It's a tough task and our expectations are high. In return you'll have the support of a great team!

  • OTE additional average earnings of £1,500 per annum from OOH rota

We want somebody who can:

  • A team player, you'll be hard working and keen to learn with a can-do attitude.
  • You'll be working in people's homes, so you'll need to be friendly and approachable with good communication skills.
  • You'll also need to be organised and recognise the importance of delivering good customer service.

Some Things We Need From You:

  • ACS, CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1, UHWSS, Oil are essential.
  • MET1, DAH1, LPG are desirable.
  • Either qualified at NVQ Level 2/3 Heating / Plumbing/ Ventilation.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well with customers and other trades.
  • Experience of working in Social Housing.
  • Full Driving Licence.
  • As you will be working within customers' homes this role requires a DBS check.
  • There is also the opportunity to earn additional pay by being on the out of hours rota as required.
  • This role is for a team covering properties in Lincolnshire so you will need to live here.
